This year will be my 22nd year at The Group Real Estate. I am recognized as America’s Best Real Estate Professionals by Real Trends.  It is an epic time to buy, sell or invest in Northern CO and I would love to help you!  Whether this is your first purchase, you desire to find a lot and build a home, or you desire an investment home, I am well versed in all.

I have lived in Ft. Collins for almost 42 years! I enjoy supporting many great causes in the area. I support Realities for Children, I am a United Way Alexis de Tocqueville Society Member, CSU Morgan Society Inductee, Athletes in Action CSU Division, CSU Ram 1870 Club, Respite Care, Home Again, Group Gives, Military on the Move and more! I am well versed in Military needs, and I am an Army Ranger Mom!  

I have been married to my husband Tim for 36 years. I have raised two sons, Justin and Jon, here in Ft. Collins from kindergarten through CSU!

I have several hobbies including spending time in Rocky Mountain National Park. I am in love with CrossFit and even competed in the Masters Division of The Open!

I have had the opportunity to publish a Real Estate minded bood featured on Amazon.  The book is: The Concierge Mindset with the Forward written by Larry Kendall, The Founder of The Group Real Estate.
